FS2004/FSX/P3D – DXTFixerX Utility v2.3. This utility is mainly for FS9 but can also be used for FSX and P3D. It fixes a common issue with DXT3/DXT5 converted bmp textures that causes stutters stutters and slow texture loading, caused by dxt3 and dxt5 textures without an active alpha channel. This tool simply and quickly scans your installation and fixes any faulty textures.
