Contrail King, Antonov An-225 Mriya Trailing Past Shoreham Airport at 33,000ft
This was a real treat to see, the worlds largest aircraft was flying from Prestwick in Scotland to Chateauroux in France, I didn’t expect it to fly near me, but it passed by Shoreham airport and out over the Rampion wind farm at 33,000ft, leaving an awesome contrail trail from its six engines., maybe the wind farm is used as a navigation point.
