Royal Canadian Air Force C-130 Hercules + C17 Globemaster Pattern Work | Toronto Pearson Int’l

Royal Canadian Air Force C-130 Hercules + C17 Globemaster Pattern Work | Toronto Pearson Int’lHello everyone! Welcome to this video!

Well, we are now into this whole Coronavirus (COVID-19) shutdown and its a sight I never thought I would see at Toronto Pearson Int’l- the airport is pretty much devoid of all life, average of only twenty five flights a day or so with many aircraft parked somewhere on the field. In spite of all of this; some General Aviation and Military aircraft have decided that this is the perfect time (and who can blame them) to get some pattern work in at Toronto and that is what has happened. In the span of a week; we’ve had some nice Royal Canadian Air Force aircraft show up and entertain us.

Two weeks ago Thursday evening showed us a RCAF C-130 J Variant Hercules ‘CNUK6’ doing two flyby’s of Toronto’s Tower on RWY 33R before a low and over was conducted as they exited the control zone to the west. Then last week a RCAF C-17 Globemaster ‘BISN10’ showed up and performed two low approaches on RWY 05 before continuing the rest of his flight to Canadian Forces Base Trenton. Enjoy the video everyone!

Cheers,
Ernest G.
