IN THIS VIDEO: Hello everyone! Welcome to this video! Here is the grand finale to Aero 150 2017, the French Air Force Patrouille de France display! The team started out and took off in a 4-ship and a 3-ship before grouping into formation and beginning the demo with a lot of Red, White and Blue smoke. A couple passes in and the rain really started coming down. And then about 1/4 into the show moving to 1/2 of the show, I heard the team lead call in on their frequency that the show was going to be called off due to heavy rain and poor visibility. Regardless, I’m still happy I was able to get them in the entire performance they did at Aero 150 2017, even the taxi back to the Apron as well in the rain (as you can see in the video). Fortunately, my Camcorder had no serious problems whatsoever and I was good to move through. I’m very happy to say that I have caught the French Air Force Patrouille de France in Canada. Hope to see them again soon!

To conclude Aero 150 2017, besides the weather of course, the show was very well done and executed and I’d like to thank everyone who worked hard to make the show possible! It was worth it in the rain! Big thanks to the French Air Force Patrouille de France as well for selecting Aero 150 2017 at Gatineau, Quebec for their only Canada stop on their 2017 North American Tour! Safe trip back across the pond to France! 🙂 And I look forward to seeing them again sometime soon.
