Aero 150 2017- Eurofighter Typhoon’s DepartureHello everyone! Here is the final video from Aero 150 2017. The Eurofighter Typhoon’s Departure from the show. I had chosen to get the Eurofighter Typhoon’s departure from the show first and then go to Parliament Hill where the CAF Snowbirds and the FAF Patrouille de France where scheduled to do a flyover at 1045hrs local time. Unfortunately due to the rain and a low service ceiling, the flyover was postponed to Tuesday morning. Well, that was already a bust for me since I purposely booked an extra day for the flyover on Monday so with that now postponed, my next choice was to get the Typhoons departure and that’s what we did. And it was a great choice! We were able to get both of the Typhoons starting up and taking off RWY 09 to Langley AFB Virginia where they were met by a RAF A330 Tanker to drag them back across the pond to England. And for those who are wondering, these Typhoons were part of the Atlantic Trident 2017 Exercise that took place earlier in the week. Enjoy the video everyone!
