Porter Airlines Bombarider Dash 8 Q400’s @ Toronto Pearson Int’l January 21, 2017Hello everyone! Continuing on spotting for January 21, 2017, here we have the third and final set of diversions. And this one was completely unexpected. We were out up on the parking garage when out of nowhere, an aircraft that we thought was a WestJet Encore Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 turned out to be a Porter Airlines Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 diverting from Toronto Billy Bishop Toronto City Int’l because they had only 500M of visibility which was unreal. By the time I noticed, it was too late since it was already going past me so I shot it taxiing to the terminal with the left engine off. This one was coming from Pittsburgh. I quickly checked Flight Radar 24 which showed another Porter Airlines diverting to two aircraft behind from Ottawa for the same reason. I guess that’s just the luck of the draw! First time filming Porter at Toronto Pearson Int’l as well. Enjoy the video everyone!
