Air operations during Exercise Vigilant Shield 16. USAF KC-135 Stratotankers, E-3 (Sentry) AWACS and F-15 Strike Eagle as well as Alpha Jet landing. From October 15 to 26, 2015 approximately 700 members from the Canadian Armed Forces, the United States Air Force, the United States Navy, and the United States National Guard deployed to Iqaluit, Nunavut, and 5 Wing Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador for the Exercise Vigilant Shield 16.
