ExecuJet appoints General Manager for China Joint Venture

aviation_newsExecuJet Aviation Group has appointed Paul Desgrosseilliers as General Manager of ExecuJet Haite Aviation Services, the company’s joint venture with the Sichuan Haite Group, based in Tianjin, China.

Desgrosseilliers has worked in China for four years, most recently as Chief Representative for Jet Aviation, where he was responsible for developing the Chinese market.

Graeme Duckworth, Managing Director of ExecuJet Asia, says: “Paul has extensive experience in business aviation and we are delighted he is heading up our joint venture. It is an exciting time for ExecuJet Haite Aviation Services as we develop our support services for the growing business aviation market in China.”

While working for Jet Aviation, Desgrosseilliers served as General Manager for Shenzhen Business Aviation Center, the fixed-based operations (FBO) at Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport run by Deer Jet, the business aviation subsidiary of Deer Air.

Before relocating to China in 2009, Desgrosseilliers spent seven years as Operations Manager for Jet Aviation’s Boston/Bedford FBO in Massachusetts, US.

Desgrosseilliers holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Science from Bridgewater State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, US. He has a Federal Aviation Administration private pilot license and dispatcher license.

ExecuJet Haite Aviation Services, which recently constructed a maintenance facility at Tianjin Airport, is approved to carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul services on Bombardier and Embraer business aircraft.
