Aeroporti di Roma. BoD decided top management positions: Maleci sent away, Bertazzo arrives (already with Gemina)

(WAPA) – A Gemina in-house meeting was held yesterday, reuniting the Board of Directors (BoD) of the Company that manages the Roman airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino), and its outcome is included in the following press-release: “The Aeroporti di Roma (AdR or Society) Board of Directors convened yesterday under Chairman Fabrizio Palenzona and resolved to lift Giulio Maleci from his present position as CEO.

Carlo Bertazzo was appointed as Executive Vice-President of the Company with powers to run ordinary corporate business. The AdR Board of Directors has also resolved to delegate the Chairman to convene, if necessary, the ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting in order to take resolutions pursuant to article 2383 civil code.
